Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not worry about anything, but pray and ask God for everything you need, always giving thanks. And God's peace, which is so great we cannot understand it, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
"Can you imagine going through an entire day without a worry in the world? That may seem a little far fetched, but it's exactly what God calls us to do. God makes it clear that we're not supposed to worry. And for every command God gives, he provides the ability to obey it with the help of the Holy Spirit. When you worry, you underestimate God's goodness, power, and wisdom. In other words, it's impossible to honor God if you're full of worry. If you truly believe that there is nothing God can't handle, that belief will naturally be displayed in your actions and attitudes. When you replace worry with prayer, God will give you peace in his presence. God doesn't say, "don't care about anything." He says, "come running to me with everything. Trust Me to work in your heart and in your situation. Believe that only I can handle it perfectly. Stay close to me, fully trust me, and I'll keep you in peace." With God's help you can keep your heart from restlessness and your mind from fear. You can only do that by continually soaking in God's truth and by being open with Him. So stay in His word, and keep up the conversation with God."
